Studio Policies

Before your visit, please take a moment to review our studio policies. They’re designed to keep your experience seamless, safe, and effective.

Prohibited Clothing During a Body Roll Session

To ensure the safety of your skin and the proper functioning of the machine, please avoid wearing the following:

1. Zippers, Buttons, or Metal Hardware

            These can scratch the wooden rollers and cause discomfort or damage

2. Thick or Textured Seams (like denim or cargo pants)

            These can disrupt the smooth rolling motion and cause friction

3. Sheer or Delicate Fabrics (like lace or mesh)

            May tear easily and offer too little protection against infrared heat

4. Oily Lotions or Body Oils on Clothing

            Oils can transfer to the wood, making it slippery or damaging the finish

5. Undergarments or Swimwear Only

            Too little coverage can cause irritation or uneven heat exposure

Booking & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked online in advance.

  • Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm your spot.

  • •Package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.

  • No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full or deducted from your package.

  • You may reschedule an appointment once within the plan’s valid period.

Package Expiration

  • 3-pack: valid for 2 weeks from first session.

  • 5-pack: valid for 1 month from first session.

  • 10-pack: valid for 2 months from first session.

  • Unused sessions will expire and cannot be extended.

Health & Safety

  • Sessions are self-operated. Follow guidance provided.

  • Do not use the Body Roller if you are pregnant or have medical conditions without medical clearance (confirmed upon booking).

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if contraindications are present.

Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time.

  • Sessions begin and end as scheduled, arriving late reduces your session time.

  • Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a no-show.

Refunds & Transfers

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used packages.

  • Packages cannot be shared with or transferred to others.

By booking, you acknowledge that:

  •  You are voluntarily participating at your own risk.

  • You understand this is a wellness service, not medical treatment.

  • You are responsible for your own health status when using the service.
