Before your visit, please take a moment to review our studio policies. They’re designed to keep your experience seamless, safe, and effective.
Prohibited Clothing During a Body Roll Session
1. Zippers, Buttons, or Metal Hardware
These can scratch the wooden rollers and cause discomfort or damage
2. Thick or Textured Seams (like denim or cargo pants)
These can disrupt the smooth rolling motion and cause friction
3. Sheer or Delicate Fabrics (like lace or mesh)
May tear easily and offer too little protection against infrared heat
4. Oily Lotions or Body Oils on Clothing
Oils can transfer to the wood, making it slippery or damaging the finish
5. Undergarments or Swimwear Only
Too little coverage can cause irritation or uneven heat exposure
SUGGESTED OUTFIT:
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing. Most important to avoid denim, zippers, or textured fabrics, as these can interfere with the roller’s smooth rotation.
Booking & Payments

All sessions must be booked online in advance.

Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm your spot.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.

No-shows or late cancellations will be charged in full or deducted from your package.
Package Expiration

Reset Pack 3 x 30-min is valid for 1 month

Elevate Pack 3 x 45-min is valid for 1 month
-
Essence Pack 6 x 45-min is valid for 2 months
-
Signature Transformation Pack 10 x 45-min is valid for 3 months
-
Unused sessions will expire and cannot be extended.
Health & Safety

Sessions are self-operated. Follow guidance provided.

Do not use the Body Roller if you are pregnant or have medical conditions without medical clearance (confirmed upon booking).

We reserve the right to refuse service if contraindications are present.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time.

Sessions begin and end as scheduled, arriving late reduces your session time.

Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a no-show.
Refunds & Transfers

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for unused or partially used packages.

Packages and sessions may be transferred to another person at the client’s discretion. All transfers are the sole responsibility of the client, and Body Mode is not liable for any double bookings, misunderstandings, or disputes that may arise between parties.
By booking, you acknowledge that:
